The Gremillet family have been making wine for generations, until, in 1979, they began their own Champagne house. A grower Champagne situated in the hills in the commune of Les Riceys in the south of the Champagne region, is now run by brother and sister, Anne and Jean Christophe Gremillet.
The wine is made up of 100% Pinot Noir from a vineyard situated in the Cotes des Bars. It sits on clay and limestone soil, which provides a backbone of flinty minerality which integrates beautifully with complexity of the wine. The wine has a light pink colour with some copper hues and is full of soft red fruits of raspberry and redcurrant.
