DESCRIPTION: Each Aimsir at Home box contains bread and butter, snacks, starter, main, cheese, dessert and petit four for two people, with full printed instructions for plating each dish. The boxes also have a QR code that links to additional video content from Jordan Bailey and Majken Bech Bailey, and their talented team, as they talk you through the elements of each course and recommend drinks pairing. 

  1. Wild Co. Clare deer fermented batter, smoked bone marrow emulsion, pickled mustard seeds and wood sorrel

  2. Galway surf clams chamomile and elderflower tea, heather flower oil and preserved salsify

  3. Ballymore Organic heritage wheat soda bread laced with black treacle and Guinness, cooked in aged beef fat with our 6 day cultured butter

  4. Line-caught Pollock smoked garlic butter sauce with fresh garden herbs, elderberry capers, wild thyme vinegar

  5. Aged Dexter short rib slow cooked in a sticky glaze made from our fermented honey and aged Dexter bones, celeriac cream, young wild garlic shoots and last years flowers

  6. Coolea extra mature soured onion and black garlic relish, thyme and Achill sea salt biscuits finished with purslane from our garden

  7. First of the season rhubarb poached in rose petals and barrel aged cherry balsamic, Ballykeefe sloe gin jelly, cherry blossom custard and wild beach rose shortbread

  8. Warm apple pâte de fruit fresh yeast and brown butter

Each box contains eight servings for two people. Eg if you wish to order for four people, select two boxes.
